Went on the guided tour which was excellent and again a couple of days later for a more leisurely look round. I really recommend the tour to find out how the people lived.

this is a real gem. Lots to see and friendly knowledgeable staff throughout the building. The furnishings are amazing.

Really informative tour of a National Trust property. The garden is small but perfectly formed. The walk from the car park down to the house shows the property to full advantage. The house guides were fab and highly informed.
