Sitting in the old cobbled yard under the big copper beech, taking five minutes, and watching the swallows - whilst devouring a Snugburys Ice Cream is one of life's great pleasures. I guess that is why thousands of people come time after time to get their fix as they say :)Here at Snugburys we are not only famous for our ice cream, we also attract tens of thousands of visitors every summer to come and admire our huge straw sculptures. These impressive creations stand tall in our field along side the A51. Previous creations have included a 36 ft Meerkat and a working model of London’s Big Ben!

Lovely place to visit with the kids especially when the sun is shining! A fun day out that doesn't need a lot of money which is rare to find these days, recommend to all friends and family.

Bit disappointed really. Peter Rabbit is well done but once you walk down to it, that's it! There were supposed to be farm animals to see but none anywhere. The farm buildings lend themselves to having other things to see but none anywhere, perhaps they...More

After hearing good things about Snugbury's we decided to give it a go. The icecream itself is quite nice and Peter Rabbit was lovely. However, upon purchasing and eating the toffee crumble, I began to eat it and thought I could taste oats in it...More

You can't pass this place without going in to try the local produce. The ice cream is lovely, plenty of room to park and there is always a large sculpture there for you to walk around and enjoy. Does get generally busy in the holidays...More

We had passed by Snugburys a couple of days earlier and made sure we returned as soon as we could. The giant straw Peter Rabbit at the side of the road is a great advertising sign! There are so many different flavours to their homemade...More

Hi It's free to enter, and there is a car park which is also free, the car park isn't overly huge but no-one seemed to be queuing for a space we visited on a hot Saturday afternoon.

Hi Vonandgez, They are indeed! We have a farm walk which loops round from the ice cream shop to the Llangollen canal. Enjoy!
