Family ticket price for 4 £58 £2.50 to pay for my car to be parked (crazy when I've already paid that amount)! £8.95 per burger and chips, all plastic knives and forks, bagel it came on was hard and hadn't been warmed up, burger tasted like it had been recooked a number of times...just awful. Children's meals not great either.... More

I think you need 2-3 hours here ( not 25) minutes, if you also eat. The signage is awful and you could easily miss half the place. The otter section outside looks a bit unloved too. That said the rest is good, with lots of interesting fish etc. The information cards are very informative and to the point also. The... More

I went shark diving here as a birthday gift yet struggled a lot with the scuba diving and breathing side of it. I wasn't told at the start that if I signalled to go to the surface I wouldn't be able to re-enter which was very disappointing. I completely understand now the health and safety implications of disturbing the sharks... More

I bought the wife a shark dive for Christmas. So all in all 4 of us went along to watch her. Firstly I agree with other comments the actual aquarium is not worth the entrance fee. We didn't pay to get in as our admission was covered with the shark dive ticket.we walked around waiting for the wife to dive.... More

Went with my girlfriend and it ended up costing £35 for the two of us (including the 10% discount). We pulled up to the dingy, run down entrance to the aquarium which you could tell hadn't seen any love since its peak days. We ignored this and just told each other we were here for what was inside, so we... More

Kids loved it but as other reviews say its over with very quickly, even though we went back around several times. Restaurant service was extremely slow and once again overpriced, £1.60 for a Capri sun! Paid for caf park and got to barrier which lifted without ticket, another rip off! Don't think we will pay a return visit.

Visited with my mum and 10year old daughter, at just short of £50 for the 3 of us I was disgusted to find out I had to then pay £2.50 to park too! I appreciate you are next to a busy shopping centre but at you're better off having a pay and display option and giving people a refund when... More

However today we visited the Blue planet aquarium and I am still so mad at how much I have been ripped off!!! £50 for... More

Been here many years ago but could not really remember much, seems to have changed a lot for the better. Watched the last show where the divers feed the fish, nice show apart from the voiceover guy was just waffling most of the time rather than proving useful information, would of been much better to just sit on silence and...
