What a lovely area to walk the dogs then enjoy coffee and cake at the cafe. There is so much to explore and little kids will love the art trail, as did we.

The centre is lovely, educational, gift shop, big cafe, and some nice walks. Check out the full maps of the land they have, as there are many other walks in the surrounding countryside that offer a very nice relaxing stroll.

After heading here for a walk and the intention of a picnic one Sunday we were left a little disappointed. Firstly, as many others have pointed out, the number of signs regarding the parking charges is excessive, even before you’ve reached the car park. This...More

Lovely surroundings. We always walk round the wetland trail which costs £2.50 per adult, but it is quiet and there is always some wildlife to spot. Nice cafe. A pity they have started charging in the car park.

A nice place to visit - a pleasant coffee shop/restaurant and shop. An enjoyable place just to wander, lots of local flora to see and the trees are amazing.

Yes, there is space next to the main (on the left) car park. It's a grassed area but as others have said you might want to call ahead
