Spent the night here travelling through. A really beautiful area which I am sure is best explored by canoe or kayak but can still be enjoyed by the nature hiking (I don't think there is anything longer than a 10 km return trail but still...More

Quetico is a wonderful place to spend time in nature. We spent ten days kayaking and camping in the backcountry. Wonderful, beautiful, solitude.

As a 30-something girlie-girl, even I find it surprising that this trip was something I enjoyed so very much. My hubby, myself and our best friends (another couple) spent 6 days adventuring in Quetico. It was intense and tough and gross... and stunning and rewarding...More

I just love this place. I drive from Florida every year for a week of solitude and adventure. If you don't want to work a bit, don't come. It is hard work, but rewarding.

Quetico is a totally primitive canoe trekking park. No words or pictures can do it justice. Pristine, Solitude, phenomenal fishing are just a few attempts at describing what you can find here. But, it is NOT for the Faint of Heart. You must have an...More
