The building was a nice example of Spanish colonial architecture and so was the area surrounding the main square. Valladolid was a good choice of a stopover to Chichen Itza, glad we did it.

Mexico has some very cool cathedrals. The one in Valladolid is an impressive size, but there is not much to see or look at beyond the exterior.
