This tour was a great experience overall. We were picked up at the hotel and our guide and driver were great (Spider and Cricket). Our tour guide shared a lot of information and he is a Mayan descendant. He shared his love for his culture and we learned a lot! We visited Coba Ruins and the whole site is amazing.... More

The cost includes round trip travel. Stop at a zip line, entrance fees to the ruins included, as well as a bicycle that you can trade for a small up charge to be taxied on a three wheeler to the ruins. Great guide that provided some history on the road trip and while visiting the ruins. Choice between swimming in... More

Sometimes it is difficult to impress teenagers. This Coba Sunset tour turned out to be just the thing to get our teens to say "wow". It was a beautiful mix of culture and adventure. We were picked up from our resort (Vidanta) at noon and returned around 9. The van was very comfortable for the hour and a half ride.... More

My girlfriend had not yet been to Coba so we did a bit of shopping around to find the best tour since there are some many that can waste your time with useless stops. The one thing that bumped me down to four stars was that the initial history lesson left a bad taste in my mouth. For the first... More

This was my favorite part of my entire trip to Mexico! We were picked up from our hotel right on time and there were only two other groups in the van with us for a total of maybe a dozen people at most. Sebastian was our tour guide and he gave a wonderful presentation on the Mayan culture and was... More

We went on this trip specifically so my mum who is reduced mobility, could see some local sites. The zip-lining looks fun, but the couple from our group said it was only ok. A long straight line over the muddy lagoon... We rented a tricycle for mum so she could be driven the path we were cycling, our guide, Pedro,... More

Good tour of the Mayan culture, however our tour guide was not informative. First, he seemed like a substitute for the day b/c he wasn't in a professional polo shirt with the company logo like all the other tour guides. Second, I learned little to nothing from him. OTW to coba he was passing out pictures of Mayan ruins that... More

Coba is a must while visiting the Riviera Maya. Our guide was named Arsenio, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. We learned many things about the Mayan people and this ancient civilization from him. We started out by ziplining over a lake. Then we arrived at the ancient village. We were were given a tour of some temples and the... More

Our day began being picked up at the hotel by the Coba Sunset driver and tour guide. There were about 15 other people on this tour. What we didn't know was that to get to the destination we were going to right for about 2.5 hours in the van. The driver was competent and the tour guide nice though, so... More

We couldn't help falling in love with the Mayan people. This tour group is run by family and friends in the village of Coba, near the largest of the ancient ruins. It's in the jungle. Bring insect repellent and sunscreen. We were picked up at our hotel in Playa del Carmen and taken by van to the ruins. Our guide... More
