The staff was friendly and professional. We felt safe throughout the entire experience. The wildlife is abundant and we saw deers while zip lining. We would recommend this activity for those who want to practice several different styles of zip lining since you can do...More

The two tours we took were amazing, the Caves and the Cenote. We went on a low season apparently because both tours were exclusively us two. This I say as a really possitive thing, because our guide in the Cave - Ricardo - took the...More

Took the family(kids 4 and 7) for a tour of the caves. It has been raining a lot lately and we were warned that we may not be able to see parts of the cave. We took our chances and are very glad we did....More

We visited Aktun Chen for an afternoon. I wish we had planned to stay longer. The only attraction we had time for was the cenote. It was fantastic! The whole area was well lit, maintained nicely and very accessible with good stairs leading down easily...More

We had an awesome time in Aktunchen. Our Underwater Tour Guide Marcos was very attentive and answered every question we had with passion and excitement. The caves , the small zoo and the snorkeling was awesome. Worth the money. 😊👍

The cenote itself is very nice with very cold water and fish everywhere, but the staff is quite rude and even has the nerve to ask for tips afterwards. to top it off when you are ready to leave you have to wait for the...More

We had a wonderful time! Bought combo tickets, at Tulum, to do both Tulum and Aktun Chen. We booked both the cave exploration and snorkeling/swimming, in the cenote. Drove our rental car in, parked, checked-in at reception. Put our stuff in lockers (they provided a...More

Fantastic cave tour from Rodrigo. Saw bats, monkeys, deer, snakes and swam with catfish. Access by car was easy. Great service in the restaurant. Our family of four, with ‘children’ aged 21 and 19, had a great day out. Many thanks to all the staff....More

We overpaid to visit this attraction. It's very interesting but I would advise anyone to visit these places off their own backs rather than as part of their tour. Much cheaper.

It is easy enough to find, but the road going back to it is long and rough! I wouldn't want to take a low rental car down it for sure. I would recommend getting a driver to take you. I am sure they will do a truck or high... More
