Nice little private island with lots to do

Coco Cay was a stop on our Royal Caribbean Cruise. You could sunbathe, swim, snorkel, use floating equipment, rent kayaks, etc. Food was also available. The beach was clean, as... read more

We were on the Grandeur of the Seas...it was a nice, sunny day. The cruise staff gave us no storm warnings. We were on the island for just an hour before an "unpredictable storm" blew in (I find it hard to believe that the storm was completely unpredicted). One the storm began, the tenders stopped, the cruise boat had to... More

We visited Coco Cay as part of our visit on the Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas this past week. Although the cruise itself had many problems, the visit to the island was actually very nice. The boats operated quite efficiently, and the setup on the island was also good, although VERY expensive. If you are going to rent anything... More

Just got back from a cruise stop on Anthem of the Seas. Had a great time paddleboarding. Many fellow cruisers enjoyed kayaking. Water was calm and not too cold. Food was ok. Island is beautiful and offers many activities.

Went here on a port with Royal Carribean Cruse. You have to tender from the boat, RCL is not that efficient at doing so. The private island offers many activities, at a price. The island is maintained decent, the local employees are not nearly as courteous as the RCL staff on board. The luck here (including with the stop) was... More

Went here as part of a cruise, and had a great time. It was very windy, so I wasnt able to snorkel, but had a great time relaxing in a hammock, wandering the nature trail, and enjoying the beach and shops. Definitely a nice place to unwind, and if the weather cooperates, snorkel, kayak, and other things.

Often a tender port for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruise ships as a ship can take over the entire island for the day. It has been much improved and developed in places (e.g. water park, sea activities) for the tourists and to make more money over the last few years from when I first visited when it had a shop... Our day at Coco Cay was so relaxing. The weather was beautiful, even in January. There were plenty of lounge chairs and plenty of room on the beach. The water was shallow but clear and warm. A stingray swam past me and was a thrill to see! There is some shopping which was a nice respite. The lunch provided was adequate,... More

Nice stop. We went in February, so it was great just hanging out on a warm beach for a few hours. I took my son on a jetski tour. That was fun, and we saw a lot of areas you can only see from the water.

Got very nice beaches and lot of activities to do.kayaking, snorkeling, para sailing, beach valley ball. Its a Royal Caribbean's private island. I dont because of location or any other factor here weather can be not good for activities most of the time.
