We camped here for the weekend for the first time and we didn't even get to do everything we wanted. Hiking trails with cave exploration and we took the kayaks and explored more by water. Potholes and limestone rock cliffs also interesting sites. Already planning...More

I along with my son recently spent a weekend camping in Rockwood and was left with a rocky first impression. The group camping site is close to the highway/road which makes for a somewhat difficult to get a restful sleep. The washrooms are dirty and...More

Love, love, love this park. I just wish the trailer sites were a little bigger. We love that there are paths that go all around the park. The ruins are so nice for picture taking and outdoor ceremonies! It's a nice quiet park too. Perfect!

We chose to camp at Rockwood conservation area because we had an event close by on a Sat evening. We were unable to book one night, so we're forced to book Fri/Sat. The cost was higher than any of the other provincial/national or private campgrounds...More

This is off of most traveler's radar, probably due to the small size, but this conservation area has two really interesting sites to see. The abandoned mill almost feels like a castle, and the walking trail through the cave system is pretty amazing with a...More

Offers great hiking trails, small lake with a beach, camping, canoeing, etc. As it was a long weekend, it was quite busy with many India families enjoying the beach and camping.
