The trail is good for most visitors. I'm not sure if dogs are encouraged unfortunately because there are a few major dog parks in the area specifically for pet enthusiasts.

This place is so nice, that it is very busy on almost any occasion when the weather cooperates. There are playground toys for the kids, and a water park, and picnic areas, as well as restroom facilities available.

Good for kids water fun and family activity. Of course, dating and hangout with friends are good too. But the east side of trail is blocked by construction fence this Summer. Better go west side.

There are a few shelters and bbqs but you'd have to get there early. Lots of room to spread a blanket out on the grass

Yes, you can bring your own BBQ. But remember, if you want to use any of the built-in picnic areas, then you need a permit. For more info, call +1 (905) 619-2529 ext. 7200. Or see the Town of Ajax website.
