This is a good hike through the woods and ends up with a nice view of the split. The hike is not strenuous, but is about 6 kilometers each way. Be prepared for some muddy spots.

Admittedly not well informed about the hike at the outset.. Didn’t have the time to do a 5 -6 hr hike so got in for 2 hrs and then out 2 hrs. I’m sure it would be a.big reward to get to the point but...More

The site is called Scots Bay, Nova Scotia and it is an absolute delight to behold. The fact that we went to this beach on a hot August day and there was not another soul in sight is enough to recommend it, all by itself....More

A hike of several hours (2 hours in 2 hours out at the most). And there is not too much climbing at all. When you get to the destination it is an exciting point of land - high above the The Bay of Fundy. It...More

This trail is in lousy condition. Don't be fooled by now well maintained it is at the beginning. There is lots of mud & standing pools of water on the trail. Of course this causes more mess because people cut into the woods to stay...More

Good hike! Mostly through the woods, but with a beautiful view at the end. The terrain was easily passable but did have some steep changes in elevation. Suitable for anyone in average physical fitness.

Rain was predicted for the day we went, but we were lucky it stopped S short time after we set out! I was grateful that tHe boreal tidal rafting trip didn't work out (not enough interest) as I didn't relish freezing in a muddy river!...More

Husband and I hiked 6.5 km in and out. We were in the woods the majority of the trail, so hikers really do need to wait for the end for the reward. We didn't bring food with us, which would have improved things. There were...More

There's no fee for hiking the trail. But make sure to allow plenty of time, not only for hiking, but also for spending time taking photos, taking breaks, or even eating snacks along the way.
