It's a lovely venue. The building is very beautiful, on the outside, and just as beautiful inside. It's a cozy theatre, but has enough leg-room to be comfortable.

We enjoyed the night out at the Chester Playhouse. The players did a nice job with the musical production. The setting is intimate. It was classic summer theatre.

The playhouse is a small venue so seating in the first five rows are the prime seats.
