We went on a rainy day and the museum was extremely crowded. Unfortunately I don't think it was meant to handle that many people as the line ups to each exhibit were long. Still a very interesting place to visit. I never knew Graham Bell...More

Well laid out exhibits. Perhaps a bit dated. Would be nice to explain how telephony today has advanced from Bell's early work. Would have also liked to know more about Bell's family and what happened to them.

A co-worker recommended stopping here on our East Coast travels and we were very glad that we did. I never realized that Alexander Graham Bell had invented so many items. Learning about all that he did was truly fascinating.

I never really paid attention to why Alexandra Bell chose Cape Breton for the location of his second residence. We learned why and a whole lot more. The setting is just beautiful.

We have visited this site twice. Once with our young kids (age 8 and 10) and once 20 years later. Enjoyed it both times! Highly recommend even for an hour but more time can be spent there easily.

One reason we stayed in Baddeck on our recent trip was to check out this museum. I was not aware A. G. Bell built aircraft and hydrofoil watercraft. The museum was state of the art and larger than I anticipated. They have a reproduced aircraft...More
