Museum includes a 1 room school house, general store and blacksmith/hardware store and one of the largest photo collections of life in Newfoundland over the last century. Arrange to spend time for a historic walking tour, you’ll take in breathtaking views and learn how hard, but rewarding, life was 100 years ago! Walking tours require advance notice. School tours available.

Loved to fall back into my childhood! You can make this 5 minutes or an hour. Just touching all the old things was amazingly nostalgic. Whenever someone comes to NL, I try to fit this in.

Worth taking the time to visit especially if you are interested in the history of the Carbonear/Harbour Grace/Freshwater/Victoria/Salmon Cove area.
