Although this PP is right along Thompson river and is a nice setting it has a couple of things going against it. The obvious one it the two train tracks on either side of it which are the main CN and CP track going to...More

This is a nice provincial park campground that was well cared for. We enjoyed the visit and since I like trains this place was awesome with both the CP and CN nearby... If you don't like trains bring ear plugs.

The over-zealous campground attendant did not allow us to move to the shade even though the campground was half empty. Two busy train tracks very nearby.

We stopped here to have a look and wished we had camping gear with us. Very peaceful, very clean right on the river. Great spot for fishing and picnicking as well.
