INFO POINT Tourist Information Center originated in 2011 and the idea about it was inspired not just by anybody but by the all foreign guests themselves. There are Your eagerness to know more about and Your genuine interest in the history, traditions and habits of our Bulgarian people to stimulate us to go on searching newer and the newest sightseeing spots and places and providing for entertaining and attractive undertakings which will give You the opportunity to get in touch with our Bulgarian spirit and culture. I would like to highly reccomend Info Point Center Sunny beach as the only place where you can get any kind of information. The staff is friendly and quite competent about everithyng. I was asking the staff in our hotel where i can get info about Bulgaria in general, they couldn't answer, so i've found it myself. Google directed me to Info Point Center opposite Kuban Hotel. I am very grateful to the staff, they showed me all worth seeing places around Sunny beach and offered some other trips and events. According to that info me and my family have arranged quite exciting week to make out holiday unforgettable. We wish them successful season with many satisfied customers.

Amazing service, staff helped with useful tips and provide free maps and guides.

Really worthwhile to stop in for a visit to see what is available locally as well as possible overnight and day trips. We looked at going to Istanbul which was not far away. Lots of history there and absolutely recommend sightseeing bus tours. Warning to beware of Gypsies -- picket pockets where the sightseeing buses go!

The travelcompany did well. The view from our hotel room (Fenix) was great. Om 9th floor. The city is noisy, (even in the family friendly areal). Grumpy store keepers, hardly any smiles. cold Vibe. The sea water was filled with sun screen, stingy ideotaidae and people. And it was very hard to find decent food. The prices is not low there anymore.

Booked a 4 hour yacht from the tourist information centre on sunny beach on 30/07/2015,cost 70 Lev. Boarding the yacht with 5 other passengers, who were from Belgium at Nessebar Harbour I was the only UK passenger. The captain of the boat started the trip, we went round in a circle in Nessebar harbour twice then he stopped the boat. He received a phone call to say the sea was to rough to go out to sea so we will have the picnic that was included on the trip, then we will do some fishing then take us to a place for a swim. We were unhappy about this and wanted a refund and taken back to the harbour. The trip was meant too be sailing out in the Black sea and to places we have not seen. He phoned someone about what was happening,the person said he would phone back in a minute, over 30 minutes later he phoned back by this time we had been stuck in the middle of Nessebar harbour for about 2 hours!!!!
He said we would get a refund the other 5 passengers paid a 20 lev deposit at their info point and 50 lev each on the boat the were given 50 lev back and told to get the rest at their info point. I paid the whole amount at the info point. We were then taken back to shore where we were met by the driver who drove us from Sunny Beach to Nessebar,he did not look happy and said no refunds will be given. We all got in the car and he drove us to a place we were not picked up from then he got out the car we were all wandering what was going on. He appeared with a Tourist information man we got out the car to talk to him. He had been told it was our decision before the trip had ended that we had 2 hours on the boat it was not the yacht persons fault the sea was not suited for sailing out to sea.
We explained we had no choice that we were stranded on the boat never had the picnic. We should have been told before we got on the boat that we were not going out to sea. After a long debate he said we would not get the 20 lev back I explained that I have not been paid anything back, after another debate I got 50 lev back I told him I saw more of the Black Sea on a 10 lev taxi boat the previous day the whole experience was a disgrace. By this time the driver just drove off and left us stranded to find our own way back.
I found my own way back and went to see the staff at the info point I booked with they had been informed of what had happened and kept on saying we were on the boat for 2 hours so not entitled to a full refund even after explaining we were trapped on the boat for that time doing nothing. I was told to come back the next day after he had looked into it further. I went back the next day only to be told the same thing I had 2 hours on the boat, he then mentioned he was sending a letter to the boat company and would let me know the outcome by email to my hotel, no email was received. By this point I thought let it go I am on holiday and meant to be stress free.
Hope this gets back Sunny Beach Information centre who were meant to protect people from things like this.

Were in sunny beach and were looking to find the best way to travel to neesabar which is a island not far from sunny beach wee saw the information center and ask there the girl told us all the way to get to the island she give us a map and marked bus routes told us how to get the boat how much money it cost she was a great help

Last Friday we booked here a daytrip to Varna. The girl was really friendly and proposed us a tour by Lucky Tours. After a few phone calls which we couldn't understanding,ofcourse, she said with a big smile that we could get a discount of 10% by booking it right away.
The Tour itself was horrible but the worst of all was that she had charged us more then the double of the normal price.
A big lesson for us: never trust tourist information centers again!

A big part of any adventure is in the novelty of the experience. You have to break ground into new places or experiences you've never had before. At Info point friendly and helpful staff will guide you to make you dream holiday come true. I would highly recommend it😉

Very helpful staff - and friendly too. Well worth a visit for free guide book and maps and lots of hints and tips for out of town visits. This is NOT a government organisation but a local business infinitive

I have no idea, We only went there in season. Best to ask at reception where they will be only to happy to help. If you are traveling by taxi make sure you get a return ride. We had to wait for what seemed hours to get a return.

Hi! What is the price for the taking a bus from Sunny Beach to Nessebar? I also heard there was a small train... any info about that? And the cost?

Hi, the bus is 1.30 lev each way. Lots of bus stops on route, they do get busy. Not sure about the train, it might only be around Sunny Beach. You can also take a small boat across, didn't use it so not sure on price, sorry we found the bus to be good. Enjoy your hols.
