I was amazed how friendly the staff are at this state park. You can tell that they love their job. I was able to rent a canoe for me and my wife and son. All for 8 dollars. The water was beautiful. I highly reccomend!!

Great place to camp! Lots of things for kids to do! Nice beach, playground and fun day/evening activities! Great Lake for boating and kayaking!

Awesome state park at lake metigoshe. Beautiful lake and an awesome bike path. Many launches and parks/activities to keep you busy. Really beautiful area. Nice maintained campgrounds!

If your in to camping this is the place to go. The staff is very very friendly from the gate keeper to the interpreters. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant.
