The ONLY tall building in Bismarck. My main interest in the Capitol grounds were the trails. The trails around the capitol were ones I frequented on my bike and are very nice.

From the top floor you can see all of Bismarck - can you see your house or where you are staying? So much to see in and out of the capital. ND Heritage Center is near and fun to explore.

I can't answer that. I suggest you try the website. At the least there should be a number to call for information.
