Spouse and I went here with Grandson for a afternoon outing. Very interesting place Grandkids love the dinosaur area. The green exhibit not so much, too much in your face complaining how man is destroying planet.

You won't even know you are taking in so much information about North Dakota! The displays are wonderful and the auditorium is great! Went to a movie in the auditorium with my 88 year old mother and we both enjoyed it tremendously. Afterword we wandered through the various displays.

This hidden gem is a great place to kill time and learn about North Dakota. The people are wonderful the the displays are endless. I would highly recommend stopping if you have time to kill, traveling through or in the area for vacation.

Came here with our grandson. Enjoyed the experience with him. He found things to do and, of course, loved the tree house play area. The information was nicely provided so that you could talk about what we were seeing in the time he wanted to listen.

This was my first time going to the heritage center since it's been redone. It is absolutely beautiful inside. There was someone who greeted us right when we walked in. The electronic kiosks are super great and were very helpful. The exhibits were phenomenal and so fun to learn about.

This museum has great displays of North Dakota's cultural and natural history. Best of all, the museum is free.

So many great rooms to see, need to spend at least 1-1 1/2 hours to even scratch the surface. Have roaming guide (historian) explaining the different displays.

What a beautiful building in a lovely setting. The displays are well done and very interesting, with a little something for everyone. Dakota the dinosaur gives you a whole new view of what dinosaurs might have been like.
