This science museum has been around for decades and was in great need of a make-over the last time I visited a few years ago! Visited last week with my almost 3 year old granddaughter and she loved it! Well done updating the space with...More

Whenever I have taken my children or go with school groups, the children just run from one activity to another. They do not take the time to interact and learn something. Some adult thought this was a good idea and received some grant money.

Now named Kaleidium North, I read about SciWorks in the local newspaper. It sounded interesting. I called to be sure it would be appropriate for my 5 year old granddaughter. The lady I spoke with told me it would, and boy was she right! While...More

Sciworks is a great place to let kids explore and learn at their own pace. It's worth getting an annual pass if you can return. Only disappointment was that we missed the last planetarium show when we went at 3:30 pm. This seems early for...More

While your children might enjoy the science exhibits, this company has no right to have donkeys, sheep and goats living in a deplorable environment. The donkeys and goats were severely malnourished and heat exhausted in 100 degree weather. There was nothing for the goats to...More

This place is full of activities for kids that are so much fun kids don't even realize that they are learning. It is all hands-on. This is an excellent value for the price. If you are lucky enough to live close by, season passes are...More

Now calling itself Kaleideum (dumb name, Sciworks is much more descriptive), this attraction offers something for kids and adults of all ages. There is a great planetarium and plenty of animal displays - inside and out. Plus puzzles and interactive science and sound displays. My...More

This place is huge, with so much to do that you probably can't fit it all in one day. There was so much to see and do. My kids absolutely loved it and was busy the entire time. They begged to not leave yet. We...More

It's a decent science museum with a lot of interactive exhibits, however, it is way overpriced for what they offer. And definitely don't pay extra for the planitarium show. It's a glorified laser light show with loud music and basically nothing scientific-related to offer.
