Halyburton Park is so beautiful; lots of wooded areas, lovely picnic areas, walking/jogging trails, & a wonderful place to have a picnic, family reunion, or any outdoor activity. Parking is plentiful; it's safe, and such a treasure for bird watching.

This is one of the nicest city parks. Great walking trails -- a big paved loop and lots of unpaved trails over the dunes and through the woods. There is also a nice playground for the little ones, a park building and restrooms.

Good parking and access to trails. We meet there for a weekly bike ride and do ride on parts of the paths that are well maintained. Bathrooms are there and well maintained!

The staff here is great, and my kids enjoy seeing the reptiles inside the visitor center. The rangers are always happy to answer questions and show the kids' the animals. Clean park, and enjoyable walking paths and playground

Just came back from walking in this park. I love it. You feel like you are in the mountains although still in the city.
