It was a very cool ship. I am 6'8". Couldn't imagine being on that ship all the time. I would have back issues having to duck all the time. Haha

A full decked ship with multiple levels to explore and check out. Very good day complete with drinks for purchase throughout the ship. Plan for a long day. Summer months the ship can get warm on interior levels.

This was very cool and well worth going to, especially if you like history at all! This is great for kids and everyone of all ages but can be challenging getting up and down the stairs. Also, very hot but expected in middle of august!...More

This ship is such a wonderful tribute to the men who served on it! Standing on the decks where all the action took place really hammers home the bravery behind all the sacrifices made for our freedom.

If you've never been on a battleship you have to come to the North Carolina. It is big and impressive.

I've toured this ship several times in the last 20 years, and it's always a great experience. The battleship is well maintained with vignettes set up below deck to show how life was onboard. Passage ways, staircases, and headroom require care and some dexterity, so...More

Opens @ 8am so good for young families. Lots to explore and learn about. Almost like entering a time capsule. Would definitely visit again
