Visited the battleship with my teenage son and his friend one Sunday afternoon. There were a lot of others that had the same idea so the stairways were full. Make sure you time your visit right.

Absolutely loved taking the time to tour the USS North Carolina. The volunteers were very informative and made a portion of the tour great ! Make sure you wear closed toe shoes, it’s a lot of walking and climbing ( if you choose)

Can be a little confusing at times on which direction to go, and watch your head. It is well worth the trip. It gives you a real appreciation for those who serve

This is an excellent place to go on a field trip. There is a 10-minute film you can check out before boarding that gives a brief account of the history of this ship. There is a lot to see, so be prepared to spend at least... More
