Took my son there on a recent trip to Wilmington and we both loved it. Plenty of model trains and history of trains.

My friend loves trains so while in Wilmington we thought we'd check out the muesum. I was much more than I anticipated. The model train is amazing, the history is very interesting.

Very friendly staff and many of things to learn and experience. My favorite is walking through the trains and experiencing some of rail life. My dad was an engineer on the railroad for years which is the basis for my interest.

Growing up my best friend and I used to hang out at passenger and freight yards and ride the trains. We were together so besides being a well thought out train museum it evoked a lot of old memories

Nice local RR museum. I enjoyed the history, stories about the people and the artifacts. The highlight was the HO layout. Running trains and action. The best thing we’re the enthusiast volunteers. Nice visit for a family.

I'm sure if you contact the museum they could give you the info you need. However, the museum is not that large and 150 students at one time may be very chaotic.
