Two years ago we were told to visit The Riverside Mill by the friendly people at the local visitor centre. I gave the Riverside Mill a great rating and once again I will do so. Once again I was able to purchase some wonderful Reiker shoes along with some very well priced walking shoes. I also enjoyed all of the... More

Enjoyed our visit to Weldon. You can get free bikes to tour on from The Riverside Mill to ride the nature trail. Where insect repellent. A beautiful ride. The river that runs along town is beautiful and I found out was the Rockfish Capital of the world.

Decided to stop here while on trip. It is big and is pretty full but their prices are just too high. The man at the checkout had ZERO personality. He acted as if it BOTHERED him to answer my questions Will not be back.

Lovely finds. I can spend hours looking for a good deal / antique. I love the qvc outlet awesome finds and reasonable prices compared to the regular price on qvc. And the Qvc clearance room u can find a good bargain. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I visit the mill at least twice monthly sometimes only to window shop.... More

The inventory here changes like the seasons! A portion of the Mill has QVC marked down items where my wife picked up 3 pairs of Birkenstocks for $20.00/pair! Another portion is local artisans work. (Potery, candles, painting, sculptures...) and lastly plenty of antiques to pick through. You could easily spend hour looking around. A perfect "stretch your legs" stop at... More

We were directed to the mill by a great guy at the local information centre. What a great and varied shopping centre. We enjoyed both the antiques and the excellent crafts. It was a shame that we came here at the beginning of our holiday. We will be back .

We rented at Lake Gaston NC. We came across a flyer for Riverside Mill in Weldon, an old cotton mill transformed. Look for an inconspicuous building off Walnut Street. When you walk through the doors, you enter a little shopper's paradise. Interesting antiques and all more than yardsale leftovers. Clean and well lit. A clothing outlet, and downstairs: shoes, boots,... More
