We spend an afternoon or two every time we visit the Boone area. So much fun for all ages.You really can't visit this area without spending some time here. Also, the Mast General Store is next door.

River access is only about one-to-two-tenths of a mile from the parking area, either around a paved path or across a field, and the playground area is very close, less than 100 feet.
