Yes, they are allowed on the ferry, but be careful of the weather. If it is hot, the deck gets hot for their feet. They are not permitted inside in the lounge and you may not run your car for the a/c to keep your dog cool. The rules even state this and the fact that the metal decking can get very hot for their feet.
