This is a lovely park, kept up by the town. It's about two miles around with some up and down. The reservoir is pretty, and we love to stop on the bridge to watch the turtles.

Love love love this reservoir. So many beautiful spots to sit and take it in. The trails are wide, the greenery is lush, and the track is peaceful! I would definitely recommend going here for sunrise, sunset, running, biking, hiking, canoeing - pretty much everything!

A variety of trails around the lake and to Sandhills Community College make Reservoir Park the go-to spot for a relaxing hike. The lake is often in view, and trees shade most of the trails. A disc golf course attracts the younger crowd.

It's a great place to walk with or without your dog. I wouldn't go at night but I love the fact that the trail is cleared and you could easily run and track your distance. Beautiful scenery.
