The Heritage cottages along Petticoat Lane are an eye opener. To see the way the pioneers lived in the 1800's is a conversation starter with kids that have everything. Great herb garden on display. Worth a visit before heading into the Mary MacKillop Interpretive Centre.

Must visit in Penola to see the history of this area, small cottages are amazing with interesting stories, some shops there too, near the Mary Maclliop centre , must see!

You must take the time to wander down Petticoat Lane, read and visit these Heritage cottages. It is amazing!

Well worth a walk along this lane back in time. Interesting old cottages with furniture and worth a look at the gardens too.
