We had a blast learning to surf. The instructor was great and provided ongoing support throughout the day. The instructor balanced his time efficiently with the five persons in our group. The location was quiet with a small number of locals about. Thank you for a fun surf day. Shout out to Robbin!

Young Tom, the one with the muscles and the surfer hair was great, simple tuition and not too technical. He spent 90% of time in water encouraging helping and assisting the guys of all abilities. Small group of 8 with 5 kids he got all but me up on two feet. Worse bit was carrying board for 10 minutes but... More

We spent nearly four hours learning to surf on a private, pristine beach a few minutes from town. Tom, the instructor, was great. He made sure we all got up and was very positive. He also provided a snack to get our energy back after. Make sure to bring a big bottle of water and sunscreen.

We traveled to 1770/Agnes so our whole family could take surf lessons. We chose Lazy Lizard and they were fantastic. Great staff, amazing beach, we all had a blast and we were all able to surf. Well worth the trip to Agnes Waters, the best value for surf lessons the whole family had a blast!

Just 10 persons per lesson, Tom give you good advise and you're on a beach where there is not too much person. A great time!

Last month I have been surfing with Lazy Lizard for six days in a row. It is definitely the best value for money surfing on the East Coast I could find. The new owner Tom is a great instructor! The beach we used to go to is quite deserted, perfect for beginner surfing. Sometimes we could even spot some wallabies.... More

The Lazy Lizard Surf School charges 22$ per person for a 3 hours lesson, which is 5$ more than another school in town. However, on the day I did the lesson at least, we stayed way more than 3 hours at the beach doing surfing, so I really recommend you block your whole day for this activity. They will take... More

Great, hilarious time out on the waves with Vince and Lazy Lizard Surf crew. He's a very patient teacher and an excellent surf companion. Such a great price for one day of surfing and I'm debating going back to do it for a longer period of time. Thanks Vince!

I came to agnes water because Ive been told the surf lessons are so cheap there. Lazy Lizard was maybe 5$ more expensive then the other surf scchool in town but its more then worth the 5$!!! The other surfschool goes to the main beach while lazy lizard takes you to springs beach, an amazing beach, so beautiful and very... More

We were a group of 4 and surfed for 3 hours for 22$/Person. As we were a small group Leigh had enough time to explain us what to do and to correct us if we did any mistakes. This was the first time I was surfing and after maybe 10 tries I was able to get almost every wave after... More
