Family holiday in the German Alps
Jul 2018 • Family
Great location. Stunning alpine views from everywhere. Range of pools etc to appeal to different ages/tastes (and with in- and outdoor all weathers). Everything spotless - amazing clean changing rooms and facilities, crystal clear water, baths clean even late afternoon. Great value - it cost us Euro 10 for a family for 3 hours. Very welcoming, funny and helpful staff from the cashier to the Bademeister to the people running the (well stocked) cafe/shop. Great place to relax and have fun (with fab views) for a few hours

Huge hot tub and indoor pool
Apr 2017 • Friends
The huge hot tub and indoor pool at this facility is exceptional. The water is great and the large windows provide an exceptional view of the outdoors. The facility locker rooms are spacious and the sauna is very nice.

Waterslide Was Fun for Children and Adults Alike
Jul 2016 • Family
We loved this outdoor pool in July. The view of the alps from the pool and "sunbathing area" is magnificent. There is a waterslide that is fun for both children and adults...but be fast as an adult getting off of the landing area or you will get rear-ended by an eager German child! Two thumbs up!

fabulous views
Jul 2016 • Family
Great facilities with an excellent indoor pool, hot tuband two outside pools plus pool for little children. Can't think of a pool with better views. Visit late afternoon to avoid crowds but with so many pools to choose from there is plenty of room. Childrens play park and spa facilities too. Well worth return visits.

Great for families with young children, magnificent mountain view
Aug 2015 • Family
We were leaving in Garmisch with my wife and one year old child in August 2015 and during a really hot day we decided to visit the swimming pools. The place is 10 minutes drive from Garmisch and there is a free parking place.
On Fridays there is the so called "family day" and we paid for the whole day 7 euros. (Other days you pay something like 7 euros per person if you take the day card and something less if you choose to spend up to 3 hours in the pools)
There are 3 pools, one 50 meters long one, a second for children with some small water slides and a third one suitable for babies where the water reaches the feet of an adult.
The place is full of grass where you can put your umbrella (costing 1 euro, additional from the entrance fee) and what is really great is the scenery around, which is breathtaking. You are having your bath next to the mountains and indeed this is great.
There is also a restaurant where you can grab something to eat and there is also a small playground for children.
Overall in a hot summer day this is a very good solution if you have children, even babies, and the scenery will impress you for sure.

Fantastic outside pool with a view to die for.
Aug 2015 • Couples
This is an outdoor pool complex. Large Olympic pool for swimming. Small pool for little kids. Mid size pool for bigger kids with a tube slide. Indoor there are again the same mix of pools for the winter or if you need some shade.
Lovely kiosk sells snacks and a restaurant is above,. This is a gret place for a family to spend the day. The views of the mountains around are stunning.
You can rent loungers and sun shades for a small price.
We found the staff there friendly and helpful.
