Nice place to walk, run or just sit there to eat your lunch. You can even take small children there to fish off of the small pier they have.

I have to commend Rocky Mount for having several open public spaces for residents and visitors to enjoy. I have walked and trained for races here. My only complaint is the overpopulation of geese! The city installed a dispenser with bird food, but people still...More

I enjoyed taking pictures here and filming for my tv show. Rocky Mount has a great idea for families, friends and special occasions.

Lovely place to go to sit and watch wild life at it best. You can leisurely walk or for exercise. Maybe you just want to sit an talk...you can do that also. You can also feed the ducks.

Stroll around the lake. If traveling it’s a nice spot for a picnic. Otherwise it’s a local park and attraction. No need to get off the highway.

Very pleasant taking a late morning stroll around the lake. And enjoyed the metalwork animal figures generously dotted around the lakeside.

This place is great for a peaceful walk. 4 times around this lake should be equal to a full mile. If you have a pet, they will enjoy this walk!
