Took my youngster pier fishing for the afternoon. Nice, clean pier/facilities. Day pass price for fishing was reasonable. We had our own tackle, but it looked as though they offered rental rods, etc. as well. Caught a few small fish using frozen shrimp (bait sold...More

We enjoyed walking on the pier and bought some cool souvenirs at the gift shop. Our boys loved the fish tanks inside and sitting on the bronze turtle for pictures.

Walked the pier and had a great time. Fun watching the people fish and the surfers trying to catch waves.

A life size turtle greets you. Great for children. A small aquarium and gift shop are also there. The walk onto the pier was great fun for everyone. Watching fisherman and looking out to the ocean provided a great time.

That we don't know as never did that, and we've had our little beach box since 87. Go to Fish Heads at Outer Banks Pier
