I am visiting in Murphy and wanted to go GeoCaching while the husband was hiking. This was a nice park. I felt safe and enjoyed the leisurely walk around the path while searching out the cache. :)

Nice and easy stroll around the river. Beautifully maintained by volunteers. It was even lightly raining while on our walk and it was still beautiful and enjoyable.

The river walk in Murphy is a nice place for a stroll, thankfully most of the year because of the nice weather here in the western Carolina mountains. there are also benches and swings if you need a break.

Even though it was cold for us Floridians, we walked the river. Very pretty stroll on boardwalk, gravel and paved trails. Easy and relaxing.

This is a beautiful place to take a stroll and enjoy nature. The walks and pathways are easy to negotiate. Even in summer, the walkway stays cool and inviting.
