The city has great local shops, bakeries, attractions, and restaurants. The Saturday morning Merry Go Round show at the Earle Theater should not be missed.

Loved the musical history exhibits, as well as other period exhibits on Victorian era, tribal history and more. They also had a fun hands on area for kids.

This has a lot of history from the Andy Griffith days to the Matlock days. It has Andys guitar and suit and many pictures.

A hidden jewel. And the folks are very knowledgeable. Don't miss it. Put the walking shoes on and head for some good old nostalgia...
