Until Joe and Joyce Neely purchased the property, RayLen Vineyards & Winery functioned as a dairy farm for nearly a century. Today, the rolling hills and winding drive romance our guests as they drive through 35,000 European-varietal grape vines. The distinctive cupola roof top of RayLen Vineyards & Winery is a beacon for the southern portion of the Yadkin Valley Appellation. Travelers from the highway and wanderers from the surrounding country roads are drawn to the tasting room to discover a new experience. Loyal customers return for the lush vista and a reliable favorite of vintner Steve Shepard's award-winning wines.

Beautiful area loved tasting the wines! The Vineyards were beautiful! We had a great time, there were goats and shopping. Live music was great too. Beautiful weather helped the experience!

Went with my friends for the afternoon. We tasted a couple of options before buying a bottle of the Pale Red. Very good, but I like the sweeter wines. There were plenty of tables, for large and small groups. We brought some snacks and enjoyed...More

Ray Len is set in a countryside of rolling hills and scenic vistas. Recently attended a business function where delicious raylen wines were served by excellent staff. Previous visits for wine tasting were excellent as well.

RayLen has some of the best wines in our area. They average on the sweet side, which we like. We've been multiple times and the people are always so nice. It's a great place to relax and it has lots of covered outdoor seating. If...More

RayLen was once one of our favorite wineries providing excellent hamburger reds along with some good steak wines. Several years ago the quality dropped and the recent tasting showed that it was still less than we expect. The winery is lovely and you may find...More

Stopped in on a rainy Sunday for a tasting and great glass of red wine. Had limited experience with NC wines but was pleasantly surprised. Their Category 5 is especially pleasing. Our server was very friendly and unassuming and down to earth. Better atmosphere than...More

No, but further down the road, Mocksville has some good places. There's restaurant 101, Zekos, Shikis and more! My friends and I sometimes stop at Panera in Clemmons, and bring it to Raylen.
