It is not a hard hike at all. From the parkway parking lot to the Upper Falls is fairly easy. I have seen people all ages shapes and sizes go to the upper View. The Erwin view in the chimney if you are all uphill from the fork but worth the hike. Remember it's all downhill when you're going back.
