My title says it all. The cave is not a cave it's a deep hole in the side of a rock. Not else much to see there.

Love this park. Daniel Boone cabin on site. Great walking trails by the river and up and down hills. Great picnic area. Love to walk the dog here

Small park by the Yadkin River...Local legend has it that Daniel Boone used a Cave in the Park by the River to sleep in on his travels. Nice Walking Trails and observation decks. Nice Shelter for Pic-nicking

Don't go at dawn or dusk - way too many mosquitos! Very relaxing and beautiful trails. Also has tent camping available, which I plan to try sometime.

Great place to take a hike after lunch. Go to the caves smaller than thought it would be. Still a great time to be had by the river.
