Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a fabulous place. It has something for everyone. I saw lots of things to buy and after paying for them, the owners said they would hold them as long as I need until I can pick them up with a truck.

I just spent three full hours in this delightful place today and came away with some real treasures. The staff was warm and welcoming, happy to answer questions, and made my visit even better. This place is 55,000sf with 200 vendors on two floors (yes, elevator) and a snack bar on the second floor for resting and regrouping. I took someone else's suggestion to start upstairs before it gets too warm - good idea. All the complaining about having to lock up purses, etc., is gone. You can keep your stuff with you unless you particularly want to use a free locker. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in the area!

Insanely overpriced. I walked in with my large tote and no one said anything to me about the lockers; I truly did not see the signs. Antiquing is one of our favorite pastimes and most of our furniture consists of antique pieces we’ve collected, but there was nothing here worthwhile. We saw a lot of damaged or modified furniture that was priced far above market value. Not even in a prime downtown location to justify this up charge. We left empty handed.

This place is huge! Great variety and selection. Good blend of large and small stuff, basically something for everybody, whatever your taste. Take your time and you could easily spend 2 hours browsing.

Once again we stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach; and once again, we enjoyed the experience.
This facility is quite large; with two stories of booths and vendors. There is a huge selection of items to browse and explore; from quality to kitschy, and high-end to good-deal. We almost always find some temptation which ends up accompanying us on our trip (this time it was some dishes).
The magnificent pieces of beautiful Victorian furniture in their entrance area, provide an aesthetic uplift to behold. We know that style in not currently in vogue; but we still appreciate the quality and craftsmanship they demonstrate. And, since so many are marked as sold; we can only imagine the homes they will grace.
Also, as usual, the staff were friendly and helpful.
If one enjoys the "hunt", this is certainly a great place to indulge that urge.

Although not our first time to visit, it's always a fantastic stop on our way through town. So much merchandise and friendly staff!

This is a fantastic experience. Several large buildings house thousands of pieces for sale. Small and large items. Very interesting. If you are looking for something in particular or antiquish, this is the place to visit.

While in Hendersonville, North Carolina, on a multi-generational family vacation. My husband and I visited and, absolutely fell in love with, NEEDFUL THINGS ANTIQUE MALL. You need to plan to spend the better part of an entire day there so you can really peruse everything they have. From gorgeous high-end antiques to old tools, from Wedgwood Jasperware to older pieces of cute dime store ceramics (I mean that in a good way, not derogatory), from beautiful antique linens to new handbags, purses and satchels, they have LOTS AND LOTS OF EVERYTHING. The management team and employees are so friendly and helpful. We are going back soon so we can spend more time and money there! We can't sing their praises enough!
