Private tour of the museum by the staff. Lots of stories of the local history. Many of the exhibits done entirely on site.

We stopped in Elizabeth City and were amazed by the Museum of the Albemarle. The museum had excellent displays about the history of the area. Well worth the time we spent browsing.
