This is a beautiful lighthouse, you can pay to climb. It is privately owned. Anyone interested in saving lighthouses, you need to go pay & climb. It's a gorgeous view / 360 degrees. A must see & please donate if you can, it goes to...More
We did this adventure around noon on one of the hottest days of the year. The amount of stairs sounds daunting but the builders of the steps took that thought and created more than enough landings so you do not have to go all the...More
I would absolutely recommend visiting this lighthouse. There are multiple landings along the way up the 220 steps to the top with historical information to read making it a really easy climb. We went up on a very clear day and had some beautiful views...More

We visited the lighthouse. It was worth the money to climb to the top (it may seem like a lot to climb, but the view is well worth it!) Definitely walk to the top- it isn't hard, and the view is great.
In total about 10-20 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to climb and the view from the top takes about 10 minutes depending upon how long you want to stay. It’s a self-guided tour. I would say 30 minutes maximum.
