I will tell you first off that if you are a race fan, and you like Hendricks Motor Sports, you will not want to miss this complex. If you want a narrated tour with a guide, you should probably buy a tour pass on line. Not associated with the facility. But if you know your motorsports, no guide is needed,... More

My son and I escorted our two huge Dale Jr Race Fans today! It will be a trip to remember for sure. It was awesome to see all the different cars in the museum. Even the ones that aren't Dale Jr's!!! My son was in awe of all of them and all the different trophies etc. It would have been... More

The museum is situated on the grounds of a very large complex similar in layout to some of the computer and bio-med research facilities in the SF Bay Area. The individual race shops for the #5, 24, 48 and 88 cars are all located within walking distance of the Engine and R & D Buildings. The museum features numerous "winning... More

What an impressive place. I guess when you are a multi multi millionaire you can build a compound like this. It is not in Charlotte it is in Concord NC within spitting distance of the speedway.

This sprawling complex, near the Charlotte Motor Speedway, is simply stunning. A great museum and the ability to actually view the racecars being prepared is not to be missed. The best thing is there is plenty of free parking and entry to the museum and race shops is free. Great for hardcore fans and kids alike.

We were disappointed with the lack of interaction. We visited the complex during the tour w/the NASCAR hall of fame package.

This is one of my favorite visits in North Carolina. I would rate this facility as one of the premium sports teams in the country. You can tell the pride and joy that Mr. Hendricks has for stock car racing. The facility is immaculate and a show piece. The history on display is on same level as the NASCAR Hall... More

While on spring break me, my wife, and my 10 year old son visited Hendrick motorsports on the way back to Georgia from Virginia. We had made plans to visit HMS. When we arrived we went straight to the museum and took photos and checked out the cars and history from some of the biggest moments in HMS racing. They... More

This was a really neat place to visit if you enjoy NASCAR. You could see race cars, clothing from the drivers, and trophies. They also had a wide selection of hats, tshirts and other gifts for purchase.

Good day for young and old NASCAR fan. I noticed the price of memorabilia is a little less than at the tracs. So if your there and want to Christmas shop that is a good Idea. Be shur to check out the clearance rack and the barrel of hats.
