Plenty of rides and water park for the family. Food here is quite expensive and just OK. If you've never been its worth a trip. The fury and intimidator are awesome roller coasters for those that like the adrenaline rush.

What a great time my husband, 12 year old son and I had at Carowinds! Lots of different types of rides - from the scary to the not so scary. The park was clean and the employees were friendly. Next time we'd like to try...More

My family and I visited Carowinds during Memorial Weekend. As you can imagine, it was extremely crowded. The long lines started with parking as people search for parking spaces. Luckily, we paid for VIP parking which helped with getting a parking space a lot more...More

This was our second time visiting Carowinds. We have been to several of the Cedar Fair properties and, while carowinds isn't a as big as some of the others, they offer some top-rate coasters. (Fury 325 is one of the best this group of coaster...More

Me and my family have season gold passes. They absolutely love it. They literally want to go everyday. The only cons I have is the expensive food and drinks. You could get the package deal that includes two free meals but you can't get anything...More

We came here on a girls getaway, and it was amazing!! My friend and I came with two friends who had been here before, so they already knew some tricks. One being, splurge and buy the fast pass plus. The fast pass plus will allow...More

I would recommend calling them to learn that answer. I imagine they would say it isn't possible and you would have to cancel the payments and then whatever fees they apply are your responsibility.

Visiting the park next week and am a bit confused about the food and drink policy. Their website clearly states no outside food or beverages allowed...but many reviewers state they brought a cooler filled with both. Has anyone encountered any issues? If you can bring even just water from home, are the containers restricted (I.e. No glass or steel)? Thank you!
