Phillips Place boasts a Dean and Deluca, a movie theater, and PF Changs among other upscale shops. It's a nice place to hang out, with fountains and boutique stores, but these stores are certainly not for those on a budget.

Very ritzy, high end shopping and dining. The regal movie theater was comfortable but when we went the freezers were down, so no food was available.

Beautiful area during the day as well as night with the lighted fountain. The shopping is upscale and the food choices are excellent. There is also a very nice theater as well. We enjoyed the fact that at the end where the fountain is a upscale Hampton Inn and Suites. This was so nice to walk out the door and... More

The theater here is great, it is old but they keep everything in good shape. There are also plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and if you need more South Park is right down the road.

My daughter has lived at Phillips Place for 2 years. She loves living here. The gated community is definitely convenient because it close to everything! The apartments are pretty and comfortable. Most have balconies or patios and there is a pool and lovely walking path. In addition there are grills and picnic tables. We searched all over Charlotte for an... More

It is a great area to walk around especially for anyone staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites. The beauty is enhanced during the night by the well lit trees that line the sidewalk. Great area for window shopping. There is a Regal Movie Theatre that shows current movies. You can purchase movie tickets at the indoor self-service kiosk or... More

Great time at the movies. Nice clean movie with comfortable seats. As with all theaters these days the popcorn and drinks are expensive but when you have nice relaxing seats you don't mind. We were there for an advance screen of Miracles from Heaven. There are also a lot of great shops in Phillips Place. The lighting at night is... More

good mix of local and national shops. GREAT resturants. Dean & Deluca is THE place to people watch and have a glass of Vino and a bite to eat. The BEST Hampton Inn(its closer to a Conrad or a a Curio than a Hampton) in the country.

Phillips Place is a great neighborhood place to walk, shop, eat and maybe go to the Movies at Regal Phillips Place. Lots of neat boutique shops, upscale clothing and shoe stores. There are several excellent restaurants (Upstream, PF Changs, Wolfgang Puck, Dean and Deluca and The Palm. Fun to get dinner before going to the local movie theater. It is... More

Such a cute, smaller shopping center. We could walk everywhere while staying at the Hampton. They have a great selection of little shops, some restaurants and a movie theater.
