This is yet another one of Cary’s prize parks, clean, well-run, safe, and a little bit of something for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed the boats and the ducks. Definitely family - and dog—friendly.

This is one of the best parks in the area. There is plenty of hiking, you can rent a kayak, there are pavilions for group outings - everything you could ask for. It is also an excellent site for Ingress or Pokemon Go
