This is not a very big park, but worth the price of admission. The views are amazing (as long as the clouds don't move in) - the trails aren't too long or difficult. Has a koi pond with turtles. A beautiful spot in the road....More

Absolutely spectacular. Incredible views. It snows upside down here all winter and Blowing Rocks mayor can drive a golf ball well over a mile off the rock outcropping. Great music when it doesn't rain. Rumors that one of the Tams music group jumped off and...More

Blowing Rock is a nice little diversion if you are in the area. Interesting legend. Great place to take more photos of the landscape. But not worth going out of your way for it but could be a nice little break in the day.

Absolutely gorgeous and spectacular views. $7 admission fee but it is obvious that the fees pay for the upkeep of paths, overlooks and property. I've been to lots of parks that are free to the public and the vandalism is always shocking. Railings were recently...More

I really do not recommend this attraction unless your handicapped or lazy, the parking lot from the "Blowing Rock" is barely 10 meters from the parking lot! ....and still have to pay to see it!

We stopped at the Blowing Rock park hoping to see some grand vista but the weather was poor and we could not see any distant mountain peaks. It was raining with low fog and clouds. The grounds themselves are very nicely kept and the flowers...More

It's a terrific place to see the landscape and there's no denying the historic importance of it for the local community. The outlooks are very nice and there's a lot of great landscaping on the summit.
