This was not an amusement park but a place to enjoy being in OZ and meeting all the characters. Taking pictures (or they had people who would take pictures for you with your camera) with all the characters.

Go to the Land of Oz website and click on "Autumn at Oz"....pretty sure it is sold out.

I'm sorry I was late seeing this. If you plan on going in the fall, I'd start watching their fb page "Land of Oz". Tickets go on sale in the Summer and sell out quick.
