Saw Tony Bennet there twice.all the seats have close unobstructed views as the stage rotates. It's a great venue for shows without having to travel to the city to see performances.

I have wanted to see Aretha Franklin forever! The opportunity and time just felt right so made the trip from London to New York with enough time to check out the Westbury Theatre before the big day! A train from Penn station directly to Westbury...More

Horrible waste of Money...while it was great to hear the Queen, she opted to have no air conditioners on and stopped the rotating stage. I watched the back of her head all night. Shame on her production crew and shame on Westbury!

Great seating always. You cannot get a bad seat at NYCB Westbury. Last minth went to Barclay jn BrooklynNy - horrible for more money than NYCB Westbury could not see at all

This venue is pretty small and has great sound. It's round and the performer walks right by you to get to the stage. Someone said the stage rotates during the show, but it didn't rotate during the show I attended. However, my seats were facing...More

Conceptually, the idea of a small, intimate, theatre in the round works. The Westbury Theatre has less than 3000 seats, all with great views. Parking is free. Access in/out is easy. Where it falls apart is on the overcharging of drinks. $5 bottle of water,...More

An iconic theatre where you can see older acts and for a fairly reasonable price. The service charge on tickets is outrageous and the parking lot is a free for all. There is not a single person directing traffic when the show is over. Neat...More

Great crowds (always responsive audience). Great backstage. And the savior of the theatre - Technical Director Kiri Leodis. She's a Miracle Worker.

An absolutely amazing performance by Tony Bennett and his Quartet to a packed house...numerous standing ovations....the man continues to Sing bigtime!

I saw references to seating as being in either the full round or the half round but am not sure what the means by looking at the seating chart. Thanks!

Full is every seat in the venue is sold and the stage rotates 360 degrees. 1/2 Round is more for a concert They will not sell seats behind the stage. Section E and D are the center sections.
julie z
is section A and B facing the front of the stage if I were at a concert or could any side be the front depending on the artist ?

Usually the stage rotates so every seat is facing the front.
When looking at the stage do the seat numbers in the section go right to left 1 to 20 or so they go left to right 1 to 20??
