Stayed 2 nights with family and friends occupying 4 of the 2 bedroom apartments for a family wedding. We were on the top tier (of 2) overlooking Geordie Bay which was picturesque and beautiful by day and night. Units are quite basic but comfortable with a balcony giving 'that' view. Accessible via Island bus which stops at 8pm. Within 100... More

With clear turquise water and smooth white sand, it is just as stunning from the road above as it is to swim in.

We stayed at 2 bedroom ocean view units. Such a stunning view!! 2 km away from main area, very quiet. There are grocery shop, cafe near by. You just love to sit on balcony with a glass of wine. Great space for family and couples. However, with a price of $274 per night, a little touch of welcome pack will... More

A great spot to swim and snorkel...even fish off the jetty...or jetty jumping!! They have a closed off swimming area if you want to feel safer... Has a BBC area to cook lunch if you want, or shop and restaurant 20 metres away... Good place to stop over for lunch if you are riding across the island past longreach. Lots... More

The only other shop on Rottnest Island is located here. It is next to the cafe which has a playground. There are doors to prevent the quokkas from getting in with limited effects. The bus stop is right outside the square.

Great food options and a small supermarket with liquor shop too. We'd bought our own lunch so used the seating area to eat our lunch and use the toilets which are sparse when you're out and about.

Now I realise that NYE only rolls around once a year but Rottnest was the location we picked to see in 2017. This is a worthwhile destination anytime of the year with great beaches plenty of shops and restaurants. The ride over on the Rottnest Express is a real eye opening experience and I loved every minute of this boat... More

This bay is so beautiful. Worth the bike ride to visit this bay. Many flies on the way though so might like to take a net or fly repellant. The sand and water was so beautiful and clean. Very pretty place to visit.
