My wife and I go once a year to stay at the lodge and there is always a TON to do there... We enjoy the concerts, the night clubs (TurquoiseTiger is our favorite), the spa (at the Lodge), the golf dome, and just taking in the experience... The food at TS steakhouse and upstate tavern is fantastic!

We spent 2 nights at the Tower hotel enjoyed some gambling and loved the fine dining and bar scene. The steakhouse on the 21st floor was spectacular.

Only visited the casino and did not stay in the hotel (stayed at the newly renovated Fairfield Inn right across the street). The casino was refreshingly not smokey. The floorplan was well laid out and easy to maneuver around with plenty of slots and table games available.

We stop at this great casino at least twice a year.Last week was my birthday,so guess where we went. The rooms are terrific, the staff are so helpful. The best part is when you gamble your points add up fast. You can use the points for food, which we find great.Since they changed the smoking policy,it really makes such a difference.

If you are looking for a fancy hotel casino in the upstate NY, you've found it. Now comparing this to Las Vegas, the casinos on the east coast in my opinion are not as good as the casinos in Vegas (I think it has something to do with all the Casinos competing against each in other in Vegas whereas the... We arrived a little early for the concert so we wandered around. The casino was not the primary draw but I did take a chance on a slot. The other regular and local patrons were nice and engaging willing to talk and help the novice. The place was spotless and the staff were eager to help. Walking through the venue,... More

Have been going here for years, recently the machines have been tight and the service has been poor. The rates at the hotel are overpriced for what you get. Will be staying closer to home next time.

I am a saffire member, and I had made a comment on a Facebook post about how they treat Vip's, so someone contacted me from player services and said for my dissapoinment they would download a $20.00 free play on my card, really? What a joke, I spent over a $1,000 dollars and considering they had already lowered my free... More

Positive one-night stay. Lots to do even if not interested in the casino. We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed walking around the casino, admiring sculptures and special touches. The Upstate Tavern was a nice surprise that provides some separation from the casino and offers a nice, friendly, modern drinking and eating experience.

This Resort has everything you can think of to do! I went with 2 of my friends for a girls weekend. The Gig is the best if you like rock music! Loved the band playing!
